- The 3D environment allows us to check form, fit & function of the design reducing or eliminating multi-prototypes, thus enabling us to get your new product from concept to the market in a costs saving timeframe.
- We can work from your CAD file(s), a sketch, or simply a description of the problem you would like to solve.
Quality Machining and Wire EDM
- Our CAM Department integrates fully with our CAD Department through our own Intranet.
- All our CNC Mills, Lathes, EDM, CMM machines are Windows based and linked integrating both worlds of computer aided design & manufacturing....true CAD/CAM.
- Repeat orders receive lower prices due to our JIT, (just-in-time methodologies and system archives).
